ACSYS Founder Harry J. Sauer Named Peopleflex Managing Principal; John Rapchinski Elevated to CEO of RL Corporation

WEST CHESTER, PA - (July 7, 2005) – Peopleflex, the leading provider of search and staffing services for accounting professionals in the Philadelphia area, announced today the hiring of 30-year industry veteran Harry J. Sauer as Managing Principal. With his arrival, former Managing Principal John Rapchinski has assumed the role of CEO of Peopleflex parent RL Corporation.

Sauer, one of the pre-eminent staffing and recruiting professionals in Philadelphia, is best known as a founder of ACSYS Inc. Sauer transformed ACSYS, a regional accounting, finance, and information technology placement firm, into a $180 million publicly-traded company with a nationwide reach which was eventually sold to Vedior NV, the third largest staffing organization in the world.

“Bringing such a nationally recognized professional as Harry to the team represents a tremendous acceleration of Peopleflex’s long-term business strategy,” said Rapchinski. “He is a leader in the Philadelphia business community and has been the guiding force and inspiration for many recruitment firms in the region and around the country.”

Sauer’s role will encompass strategic planning and development for both the contract staffing and permanent placement divisions at Peopleflex, including client relations, infrastructure, service management, and staff training and retention. His appointment comes on the heels of the company’s recent footprint expansion with a new office in Center City Philadelphia to accommodate its expanding client base.
