Kevin is the Practice Manager for the Philadelphia region and has 8 years of experience in executive search, staffing, legal services, accounting, and financial services. Prior to joining Peopleflex, Kevin was the managing director for Oxford Legal Associates, where he managed the sourcing, creating and filling of job orders for attorneys, paralegals, legal secretaries, contract managers, and executive assistants. He established a high degree of client loyalty recruiting candidates for all levels of accounting and finance and won numerous professional awards as a division director and recruiting manager at Robert Half International. While there, he designed, developed, and implemented programs to increase sales activity and oversaw all division staff development, hiring, and training. He began his career and established the foundation for his accounting and finance expertise as a capital markets trader for GMAC Mortgage and accountant for Columbia Coastal Transport. Kevin is currently pursuing an M.B.A. in Finance from LaSalle University and has a B.B.A. from St. Bonaventure University.
