Peopleflex Accounting Professionals was established in 2005 by its parent company Carpathia Corporation to fulfill the vision of becoming the premier national search and staffing firm for accounting professionals.

Peopleflex was started by John Rapchinski in 2001 to provide both interim and permanent staffing for accounting and audit needs for companies in the Greater Philadelphia area. The firm quickly grew to become a premier provider in the region, servicing a broad range of clients from start-ups through multi-national organizations.
